I hit submit. Now, I think I’m gonna puke.

Not literally, well, maybe. The thing is I’m happy I put on my big girl panties and went for it. You know- actually entered instead of thinking about doing something because I’m a doer. There is so much talent in the submission pool I’m grateful to be part of it. And that’s no joke.

Pitchwars made me rethink parts of my manuscript and catch all sorts of embarrassing typos. So even if I’m not picked (although I really, really, really hope I am) I’ve made my book better. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

Also, I met cool new writers. And I bought more books. All of that is good.
