Expressing Motherhood Performance

In case you missed the past few weeks of my life, I was selected to read an essay of mine as part of Expressing Motherhood in Los Angeles. It was an amazing experience. I met talented women who were funny, vivacious, creative strong and now I call them friends.

My story was about the reasons why I left LA and moved to Charlotte. If you love Charlotte check it out. If you’re thinking about or have fantasized about leaving LA check it out. If you’re curious click the link too.

The camera work is a bit shaky at first, and 11-year-old cast member’s daughter did it for me, but I hope you enjoy!

And we got a great write up in the Burbank Leader:

Mel Brooks was in the House!
